A regular round. A more informed view.

Scheduled camera patrols by real operators.

Sentrix operator checking camera views

What we do

Sentrix operators follow a planned route through your camera views at agreed times. Each virtual tour focuses on the checks that matter at your Pakistan site: entrances after closing, storage areas between shifts or a yard before the first delivery.

Service details

A patrol is useful when it reflects the working site. We define the camera route, timing and exceptions with you, so operators know what a normal round should look like.

Coverage with a clear purpose.

We agree the views, checks and responsibilities before monitoring begins. Here is what we plan around your site.

  1. Focus 01

    A route through your site

We group the relevant camera views into a repeatable patrol, with a clear purpose for each stop.

  2. Focus 02

    Checks at the right times

Schedule tours around closing, shift handovers, deliveries or quieter periods. The frequency is set in your service plan.

  3. Focus 03

    Instructions for each view

An open gate, unexpected movement or a blocked view means more when the operator knows what should be happening.

  4. Focus 04

    Exceptions brought to your attention

When a check needs follow-up, we contact the people named in your escalation instructions and record the observation.

Benefits

Practical coverage should make the next decision clearer. These are the benefits we build the service around.

  • Consistency

    01

The same important areas receive scheduled attention.

  • Visibility

    02

Managers can arrange checks across separate areas or locations.

  • Context

    03

Operators compare activity with the instructions for that time and place.

  • Follow-through

    04

An observed exception has a clear contact and next step.

FAQ

Questions about virtual tours.

Are virtual tours the same as continuous monitoring?

No. A virtual tour is a scheduled round through selected camera views. Continuous monitoring provides live operator coverage 24/7 under a separate monitoring plan.

Can a tour include several locations?

Yes. Each location needs suitable camera access, its own checks and current response contacts.

What happens between tours?

Coverage depends on your wider service plan. Tours alone do not provide uninterrupted observation between scheduled checks.

Can we use our existing CCTV?

We check the camera and recorder models, remote access and connection before confirming compatibility.
