Service details

Continuous coverage needs more than a timetable. We connect round-the-clock attention with the routines, exceptions and response contacts specific to your site.

Coverage with a clear purpose.

We agree the views, checks and responsibilities before monitoring begins. Here is what we plan around your site.

  1. Focus 01

    24/7 live coverage

Continuous monitoring extends beyond scheduled tours or alarm-triggered reviews.

  2. Focus 02

    Instructions across shifts

Opening, closing, deliveries and overnight access are reflected in the monitoring plan.

  3. Focus 03

    Current response contacts

We establish who can respond at different hours, including backup contacts.

  4. Focus 04

    Connection-aware planning

Power, internet and camera availability are reviewed as dependencies of the service, with interruption procedures defined in the plan.

FAQ

Questions about continuous monitoring.

Is this really live monitoring 24/7?

Yes. Sentrix operators provide continuous live monitoring 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the camera views and scope in your plan.

Does 24/7 mean that every event is guaranteed to be detected?

No. Detection depends on the agreed coverage, camera views, image quality and system availability. Continuous coverage is not a guarantee that every event will be seen.

What happens if our internet fails?

The interruption procedure is established during setup. Remote visibility requires a working connection; your site needs a local response and suitable backup arrangements.

Can this cover multiple sites?

Yes. Each site is assessed for camera access, connectivity and its own instructions and contacts.
