Can you work with our existing CCTV?
We review your camera and recorder models, remote access and internet connection. That identifies what can be used and any changes required.
What happens when something needs attention?
Operators follow your site instructions and contact the authorised people in the agreed escalation order. Physical response responsibilities are defined separately.
Which locations do you serve?
We provide services for businesses and properties in Pakistan only. Our operations are in Lahore; installation and site arrangements are confirmed for your location.
Do you install and maintain equipment?
Yes. We provide security system installation and maintenance, along with thermal imaging and gate access control.
How much will it cost?
The quote depends on the site, equipment, camera views and service hours. We set out installation, equipment, recurring charges and any additional work in the proposal.
